Paul Stephen Aliman was born in Dipolog City, Philippines and studied from the University of San Jose Recoletos in Cebu City Philippines with a Bachelors of Science, with an emphasis in Computer Science.

 

Mr. Aliman then lmmigrated to the United States with a tourist visa in 1997 and decided to stay. Paul visioned the United States of America as a land of opportunity and thus became an American Citizen in 2002.

 

2001- 2006 Mr. Aliman fulfillment experience began as a receiving clerk for an electronics firm called AdvancedMP Technology, he rapidly advanced to management position's both as a Senior in Quality Control and then promoted to Department Supervisor with direct responsibility for the companies fulfillment operation contacts with Lucent Technology.

 

ln 2007 Mr. Aliman Purchased The Lake Forest California Territory Goin Postal Franchise and with that franchise and continued growth he became an independent Authorized Agent for the United States Postal Service.

 

ln addition Mr. Aliman is a Direct Dealer for the following companies.

 

• Federal Express Corporation

• United Parcel Service

• Dalsey, Hillblom and Lynn aka DHL

• The Uhaul Corporation

ln 2008 Mr. Aliman created a new entity to consolidate and ship products from the United States to families and business's throughout the Philippine islands.

 

May 2016, Mr. Aliman decided to change the focus of his operations and registered Cast Global LLC with the Secretary of State of California as his own independent business and not as a franchisee.

 

May 2016 Mr. Aliman completes the rigorous integrity requirements with the California Department of Justice for Live Scan Fingerprinting and is currently an authorized agent for Capital Live Scan.
